FAQ
How do I make an appointment?
There are a few ways you can go about making an appointment at RECLAIM. Since we are a small practice without a full-time receptionist, the most efficient way is to click "Request an Appointment" on our website. We will then follow-up with you by phone or email within one to two business days. Alternatively, you are welcome to give us a call at (616) 520-8046. If we are not available to take your call, we will call you back within one to two business days.
Are you accepting new clients?
This varies based on individual clinician. If you would like to know about a specific clinician, you are encouraged to complete the online form and we will reach out to you within one to two business days and work to give you an estimated wait time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel an appointment. The fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or a missed appointment may range from $50 to $150 for therapy. Talk to your therapist about their no-show / late cancellation fee for more specific information.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We utilize Telehealth by SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant service that allows us to meet with clients all across the State of Michigan. Importantly, although you are able to meet with your therapist virtually, you must be located in the State of Michigan during your appointment.
How do I pay my bill?
The easiest way to pay your bill is by logging into your Client Portal, which you can access online or from the mobile app. Alternatively, you may speak to your clinician directly to pay your bill or set up a payment plan.
What is the client portal?
The SimplePractice Client Portal offers a number of features for your convenience. Through the portal, you can securely message your clinician, manage your appointments, join Telehealth appointments, view your invoices, make payments, review shared documents, and more. You will be emailed a link to set up your portal upon scheduling your first appointment.
